Randy Lovelace

Our March speaker - Randy grew up in the small East Texas town of Port Neches where almost everyone worked in one of the various refineries in the area. Instead, Randy went from working on River Tugs, to Oil Field Board Roading, Grocery Stores, to Outside Pipe Sales to owning an Insurance agency all the while thinking that not working in a refinery was the definition of success. Over the years, Randy learned about choices (good and bad) and how to overcome them, about getting stuck in a really big Rut and how to dig your way out, about fighting the mental temptation to just give up, about seeing the Silver Lining with all the good out there, about the true meaning of success, and that tragedy should help shape who we have become and never define who we are. Life is a roller coaster and it’s one hell of a ride!
